Gourmandise
A beautiful late season, grape berries that wither by the action of the wind, cold, botrytis ... and the hand of the picker who comes to sort at the end of November 2006.
Then, a few barrels, a few months, a fermentation over time, a gentle maturing ...
Too "rich" in sugars at harvest time, this wine will not be able to carry the Côtes de Gascogne appellation, so we will call it Vin de Raisins Surmûris.
Nose, dense and fine at the same time, which reveals its power with aeration on notes of quince jelly, dried figs, cinnamon, honey. The mouth is full, sweet, balanced, with an omnipresent freshness. One finds there the aromas of the nose accompanied by liquorice; the wood remains more than discreet.

The vineyard of the Domaine Saint-Lannes, which takes its name from the nearby Romanesque Chapel of the 12th century, is located on the magnificent clay-limestone soils of the Ténarèze.
Surrounded by quarries whose limestone outcrops in places, the Domaine Saint-Lannes produces rich, concentrated wines, very marked by an undeniable "terroir" effect and an outstanding typicity.
