Climate : The oceanic climate and the proximity of the Pyrenees, with the particularity of having hot summers accompanied by cool nights, is the best support for the aromatic quality of the grape.
Nose : Explodes on a remarkable intensity of exotic fruit aromas.
Palate : Lively and fresh attack, to conclude on a more intense aromatic length.
Food and wine pairing: From aperitif to fish, raw vegetables and other starters. Serve chilled (10°C)
